Deutscher emphasizes that the current market is heavily influenced by specific narratives. According to the latest data, the top three narratives based on market share over the past week are AI, meme coins, and DeFi. “AI is still the number one, meme coins are the number two, and DeFi is the number three. I don’t think this is going to change,” he notes, suggesting that these sectors will continue to attract investor interest.
He advises positioning across each of these verticals, particularly in leading tokens, while also exploring opportunities in lower to mid-cap coins that offer higher upside potential. These are Deutscher’s top 3 AI altcoins which could surge “like crazy:”
#1 TAO: The AI Crypto Market Leader
Deutscher identifies Bittensor (TAO) as the leading AI token. “TAO is the AI leader in my opinion. It’s been pretty much the most responsive asset to AI pumps, and that’s really important because you want to be longing assets when you’re trying to target a particular sector that are actually responsive,” Deutscher notes.

With a current fully diluted valuation (FDV) of around $11 billion, Deutscher sees potential for TAO to reach an FDV of $50 billion, implying a possible 4.5x return from its current price. “Obviously, it can go $1,200, $3,000, but it kind of peaks out, I think, at around a $50 billion market cap in my opinion, which is currently 4.5x from where it currently is.”
However, he cautions that while significant gains are possible, Bittensor may not offer the extreme multiples that smaller-cap tokens could provide.
#2 Spectral: Mid-Cap With High Upside
Moving down the risk curve, Deutscher introduces Spectral (SPEC), an AI agent sitting at a market cap of approximately $151 million and an FDV of $1 billion. He is optimistic about the role of AI agents in transforming trading strategies. “I believe fundamentally AI agents are fundamentally changing the way we trade in crypto […] This is where the world is going, and more specifically, this is where crypto is going.”
He elaborates on the transformative potential of AI agents in trading: “You can basically just go into your mobile phone; you could ask it, ‘Hey, I want to set up this parameter every time [a token] hits $7, I want to long it,’ and you could set that up just by typing into a chat box. There’s no need to go on exchanges anymore, set limit orders, etc.”
